However, we want you to be happy with your purchase so if you are not entirely satisfied we are here to help.
If you do need to return or exchange your item, please contact us first to discuss how we can best help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund or exchange and notify you that this has been done. Please allow time for your bank to process this.

Order Processing Time
All orders placed Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within 5 -7 business days via Royal Mail or EVRI. Please allow a few days longer for orders placed over the weekend or during Public holidays.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
